Position: Sales Administration Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE;

Managing on-air SPONSORSHIP SOLD EXECUTION for all Chum Television stations including;

- weekly tracking of sponsorship sold inventory documents
- acquiring necessary materials from client (i.e. logos, visuals, taglines etc.)
- liaising with various on-air promotions departments for production of required elements
- managing quality control for all materials coming in from and going out to clients
- liaising with sales representatives regarding the status of and any changes to their sponsorship campaigns
- monitoring programming information and advising sales representatives when action is required
- sending traffic instructions for all in-house produced elements going to air
- communicating delays in production to sales/traffic and making decisions on best course of action
- executing creative changes requested from client to existing sponsorship elements when appropriate

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Attention to detail and accuracy a must
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Strong, professional inter-personal and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Strive for excellence in client service
- Ability to balance the needs of the client while maintaining the integrity of station polices and time lines
- Minimum of 1-2 years working in a broadcast sales or similar environment
- Minimum of 2 years working experience using EXCEL
- Must have completed a Post Secondary level of education
