Moving Pictures 2004 Festival Launches

Now entering its eleventh year, Moving Pictures: Canadian Films on Tour has the unique position of being this country’s only touring festival of exclusively Canadian cinema. Pacific Cinémathèque is hosting the launch of this traveling film festival on Friday, February 6 at 7pm with screenings of On the Corner, and 8:17pm, Darling Street. Weekend screenings include The Magical Life of Long Tack Sam, Dracula: Pages from a Virgin’s Diary, Cowards Bend the Knee, The Far Side of the Moon, Stupidity: The Documentary, and Suzuki Speaks.
