What are the challenges that agencies face in developing and managing grant programs which support professional artists working in creative
collaborations with communities?

Each panelist will summarize their approach and present examples of successes and challenges which have led to their current positions.
Presentations will address eligibility, assessment criteria and competition for arts funding. The panel will also comment on the issue of video
as support material and documentation tool.

A question and answer period will follow. Information regarding existing funding programs will be made available.
