RED CROSS URGENT APPEAL FOR DONATIONS

The Canadian Red Cross has launched an urgent appeal for cash
donations to support relief efforts in response to the earthquake
and tsunami¹s in Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand
and other affected countries. The need for donations is desperate.
Funds are urgently needed to help provide tents, blankets, water
purification tablets, generators and medical assistance to tens of
thousands of affected people. Canadians are encouraged to donate
generously to help survivors of this devastating disaster. Your
financial support will allow the International Red Cross/Red
Crescent to continue providing essential relief supplies.
