The 4th Annual Korean Heritage Day Festival
A Celebration of Culture & Community
The 4th Annual Korean Heritage Day Festival is happening on Saturday, June 18th at Town Centre Stadium (1299 Pinetree Way) in the host City of Coquitlam - the Pre-show of the SAMULNORI parade begins at 10:30am.
Highlights: nearly 400 performers...Tae Kwon Do demonstrations, traditional Korean & modern Dances and more! Master Potter Clay Kim's "Mounds of Celedon" and “pottery smashing ceremony”, a delicious Cho-Won Food Fair (Korean BBQ, kimchi bowls, man-doo) & festival goodies (popcorn, hot dogs, cotton candy & more!), 50 booths of an outdoor market, "Magic", an on-site art competition, a paper airplane flying contest, IKEA Play Centre (playsets & table/stools will be drawn as prizes!), a big yard sale hosted by Pinetree Korean P.A.C. for their scholarship fund , games & PRIZES for the whole family!

The Hanin Heritage Society and Corean Canadian Coactive (C3) Society – in partnership with the Consulate General of Korea, Mayor Jon Kingsbury and the host City of Coquitlam - invite you attend the fourth annual Korean Heritage Day Festival, an all-day (11am-6pm) cultural event free to the general public. Opening Ceremonies (11am-12pm) will be co-hosted by CTV anchor Mi-Jung Lee and Dr. Ross King, UBC.
