Celebrating its 30th anniversary year, the Powell Street Festival is the largest Japanese Canadian festival and the longest running community celebration in Vancouver! Help the Festival celebrate its anniversary by attending our first ever “gala” event, an evening to remember! Catch up with old friends, meet new ones, bid on amazing items by local artists and businesses in the auction, enjoy the entertainment provided by long-time Festival supporters like Uzume Taiko and Kokoro Dance, get full on creative dishes prepared by Hapa Izakaya, Ping's Wing's Wandering Wok and more, and most of all, join the Festival Society in celebrating 30 wonderful years of community engagement.
