This audition is open for everyone, top 20 contestants will be selected to advance to the Open Competition.

Open Competition: Wednesday, April 23, 2008; 7:00-10:00 pm

For the 20 contestants selected from the Open Audition and the 2nd place winners from member communities, 8 pre-finalists will advance to the Pre-Final competition.

Pre-Final Competition: Wednesday, April 30, 2008; 7:00-10:00 pm

For the 8 contestants selected from the Open Competition and the 1st place winners from member communities, 8 finalists will advance to the Pre-Final competition.

Final Competition: Saturday, May 17, 2008; 7:30-10:30 pm

The highlight of the contest for the search of the Young Asian Canadian Idol. 8 finalists will compete for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.

Participant Qualifications:
- Pan-Asian background
- 14-25 years of age
- Register before March 31, 2008
